Privacy Policy

It is Borogrove Press’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you or which you may provide to us, in the circumstances set out below. This policy explains how we collect, use, safeguard, and otherwise make use of your personally identifiable information (“Personal Data”).

We will only collect and use your Personal Data where:

  • we have lawful grounds to do so, including to comply with our legal obligations;
  • we are performing a contract with you for our services; and
  • we have legitimate interests in using your Personal Data and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.

If you have any questions about this policy or about how we use your Personal Data, please reach us through our contact page.

This policy is effective as of July 4th, 2026. We review our privacy practices on an ongoing basis, and as such we may change this privacy policy from time to time. Please check this page to ensure you are familiar with its current content.

Newsletter

When you sign up for the Borogrove Press newsletter, we use your email address only to send you news from the press—new books, campaigns, and announcements across our series. Your information will never be sold, loaned, or traded. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of any newsletter, and unsubscribing is immediate.

Store purchases

When you buy directly from our store, we collect the information needed to fulfill your order: your name, email address, and—for print books—your shipping address.

Payment is processed by our payment provider (PayPal); we never see or store your full payment details. Ebooks are delivered by BookFunnel, so your email address is shared with BookFunnel solely to deliver your files. Print books are produced and shipped by our print partner, which receives your shipping address for that purpose.

Our store uses essential cookies to keep track of your cart and checkout. We retain order records as required for accounting and legal purposes. Your order information is never sold, loaned, or traded.

Contact form

When you use our contact form, the information you submit (your name, email address, and message) is used only to respond to your inquiry.
